We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing and Events Coordinators that will manage and support the implementation of various marketing campaigns and events. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in event management, marketing strategy, and building relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and audiences in South Africa and the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Event Planning & Coordination:
  • Lead the planning, execution, of both virtual and in-person events across South Africa and the UAE.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budget management, marketing collateral creation, and post-event analysis.
  • Oversee the development of creative event concepts that align with the company’s brand, mission, and marketing goals.
  • Ensure event timelines, budgets, and objectives are met efficiently.
  1. Marketing Campaigns for Events:
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote events, including social media, email marketing, paid ads, PR, and influencer outreach.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing events.
  • Drive awareness of marketing events through the use of social media by collaborating with designers, copywriters, and agencies to create promotional content.
  1. Stakeholder Management:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key event partners, sponsors, vendors, and influencers in South Africa and the UAE.
  • Manage internal communications across departments to ensure alignment and smooth coordination for event execution.
  • Handle customer and VIP guest relations during events, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  1. Event Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track and measure event performance, including attendee feedback, ROI, and engagement metrics.
  • Provide post-event reports with insights and recommendations for improvement in future events.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors' events to stay ahead in the South African and UAE market.
  1. Brand Representation:
  • Ensure brand consistency across all event touchpoints (online and offline).
  • Represent the company at various events, conferences, and networking opportunities internationally.
  1. Sponsorship & Partnerships:
  • Identify and secure event sponsorships and strategic partnerships to enhance event presence and funding.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure sponsors' expectations are met during the event lifecycle.
