Under the direction of the Center Director, this role is responsible for developing and executing marketing operations and strategy to achieve BMMC’s marketing goals and revenue targets. The candidate should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing operations, creative content development (written and visual), and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs. Reporting Line: Music Center Director Duties and responsibilities:
Develop and implement the annual marketing plan to drive enrolment growth and student retention.
Craft and refine brand messages and unique selling points for the Centre.
Ensure consistent communication of the brand and key messages across all marketing platforms.
Serve as the brand guardian, ensuring teachers and staff convey consistent messaging.
Develop and maintain an optimal posting calendar, aligned with marketing strategy, web traffic, and customer engagement metrics.
Monitor comments and messages, responding promptly according to community management guidelines.
Identify and capture Center’s stories that highlight key messaging and brand values through photography and videography for marketing content.
Keep the website content current and functional, planning and executing new content aligned with the Center’s marketing strategy.
Proactively seek ways to enhance the website and other communication platforms.
Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Stay updated with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
Promote and deliver events to attract new parents and retain existing ones, recommending creative and cost-effective promotional activities.
Requirements
Bachelor/Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or relevant field
Experience of 360-degree marketing management with an omni-channel approach
Minimum of 2 years’ work experience as a Digital/Social media specialist. (Experience of managing and developing social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube)
Possess clear knowledge of the monetization of digital assets
Operating knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro or equivalent media editing software
Reporting and Analytics skills using different Social Media tools
Good knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, PPC, Meta Ads Manager, Sales Funnel Analysis etc
Content and creative writing skills, Excellent communication skills
