Marketing Admin Executive role will support daily operations and marketing initiatives for Lifestyle The role involves administrative coordination, marketing campaign execution, and brand management support for all Lifestyle business units.
Administrative Duties:
• Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and managing documentation.
• Assist in vendor management and liaise with external partners for logistics, procurement, and events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and legal documentation.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management.
Marketing Duties:
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels.
• Coordinate with creative teams for branding, advertising, and promotional materials.
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing insights for improvement.
• Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and engage with customers online.
• Support e-commerce operations, including website updates and online sales coordination.
• Organize in-store promotions, pop-up events, and collaborations with influencers.
• Research market trends and competitors to suggest new strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in admin and marketing, preferably in retail, home decor, or fashion.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with retail operations and customer engagement.
