We are seeking a qualified Manufacturing Engineer with expertise in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM). The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and technical skills, along with experience in programming and blueprint reading, to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure efficiency in production.

• Design and implement manufacturing processes using CAD and CAM tools.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing workflows and production systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate production.
• Program and configure equipment to meet production specifications and quality standards.
• Analyze and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, quality, and production, to improve manufacturing processes.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.

• Education: Associate Degree or equivalent in a related field, or a GED Diploma.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing, with a focus on CAD and CAM.
• Skills: Proficient in programming, blueprint reading, and mechanical/technical problem-solving.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
