As Manager Workforce Strategy, Planning & Systems you will be responsible for developing and leading the Workforce Strategy, Planning and Systems function to enable delivery of the divisional strategy and associated performance targets. You will be accountable for the development of the divisional manpower strategy, including identification and implementation of technology and product solutions which contribute to optimisation, innovation, and automation.
