We currently have a great opportunity for an SDR Manager to join our motivated and creative Inside Sales team for Growth Markets.
What you'll do:
·You will be called upon to lead a team of 6-10 SDRs
·Train SDRs to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities
·Plan for hiring and onboarding new SDR.
·Work closely with the Demand Gen team to provide feedback on MQLs and campaigns
·Work closely with Sales and other members of the SDR Leadership team to improve opportunity management and qualification processes
·Accurately forecasts weekly, monthly, quarterly attainment
Managing and improving Sales Development KPIs
·Refine the sales pitch and process to achieve optimum results
·Establish metrics and help the team improve by understanding their performance
Help create a fun, high energy environment where people love coming to work
Who you are and what makes you qualified:
Experience managing a sales team within a SaaS organization
Fluency in Arabic and English
Have a verifiable track record of success and goal attainment in a sales-oriented role
Have a passion for technology and disruptive technology
Have a deep understanding of the role social media plays in business
You have a run-through-a-brick-wall level of drive, passion, and desire for results
Experience in creative outbound reaches
