About The Role
The Manager of Residences will be managing the smooth day to day residential operations and the performance of all colleagues who are 100% focused on the residential component, and ensure the services provided by all other resort colleagues meet residential brand standards and exceed residence owner expectations. You will serve as a member of the resort’s management team and liaison between the third-party companies assigned to represent the HOA’s (Owner’s Committee in Dubai).
He/she will motivate team members morale, enhance productivity levels, achieve departmental goals and exceed guest expectations. The Manager, Residences will ensure development of all direct reports and colleagues’ skills and competencies ensuring continuous career growth.
About You
The ideal candidate will have been in a similar role for a minimum of 5 years and experience of working in a large fast-paced 5-star resort. You will preferably hold a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management and have advanced experience in Front Office Operations or within a well-known residential property as person in charge.
