Reporting directly into a Professional Services Director the Forescout Manager of Professional Services will ensure that the PSEs (Professional Services Engineers) are fully supported, enabled and scheduled. The Manager will work closely with the regional Director to ensure smooth running of the PS Business, looking at ways to improve and performing any management roles that may be required. What You Will Do
Ensure proper documentation and communication throughout project engagement.
Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing professional services team.
Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
Provide guidance on technical and project management challenges.
Monitor team workloads and capacity to balance priorities.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality professional services that meet or exceed client expectations.
Establish and enforce best practices, quality standards, and continuous improvement processes.
Manage escalations and resolve service delivery issues promptly.
Ensure successful delivery of projects and customer satisfaction
Monitor team utilization, revenue, and profitability.
Ensure accurate utilization forecasting and reporting
Contribute to the development of the professional services strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
Identify opportunities for service expansion and innovation.
Identifying and progressing training and development opportunities for Team
What You Will Bring To Forescout
8+ years of experience in an IT related field.
Consultative experience designing and advocating for best-practice solutions.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Lead or Manager
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Financial acumen for budget management and forecasting.
Strong documentation skills, attention to detail is essential.
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
CISSP and/or similar certification a plus.
A self-motivated individual with a ‘can do’ attitude
