Role Objective:
The Mastercard Consumer Acquisition & Engagement team works with Mastercard’s banking and merchant customers to improve the value of their customer interactions leading to higher engagement and profitability. Offers team is in charge of offer programs including Mastercard Travel Rewards and Card linked services, offer platforms and ecosystems. This role aims to stimulate spend and drive category expansion and repeat spend behavior. This role also works closely with Mastercard account management, sales and business development teams, to define and implement market-wide offers programs, creating solutions combining internal assets and external vendors and project managing the implementation of those complex marketwide solutions to ensure successful launch.
This role is responsible for Offers product management for the Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa. Division.
Responsibilities:
• Drive usage and engagement on Mastercard Travel Rewards program, work with offer sourcing team to ensure sourcing of quality content, work with marketing team and issuers, e.g. banks, to ensure good communication of offers to cardholders, work with global offers team to add new features and functionality to the program
• Form partnerships with leading offer aggregators in target markets to ensure readiness of Personalized Card linked offers, work with sales team to onboard publishers to present the offers, work with customer delivery and consulting teams to ensure successful launch of programs in target markets
• Create End-to-end loyalty offers solutions and packages for B2B and B2C environment
• Work with global and regional teams to roll-out new reward-based solutions in EEMEA, by leading the cross-functional product enablement process
• Responsible for Loyalty local vendor management including onboarding, risk management and billing processes. Identify suitable vendors to partner with to enhance existing rewards solutions, e.g. new redemption options, gamification etc, or to provide automated and profitable consumer engagement tools, e.g. automated campaign management / marketing
• Develop proposals and business cases to enhance offers propositions and accelerate GTM
• Support head of Rewards & Offers with the development of regional Offers strategy
• Collect input from customer team, and third parties regarding existing solutions and possible enhancements of product offerings.
• Partner cooperatively with country teams and sales team to bring Offers solutions to customers
• Fully own the day-to-day management of existing and new products
• Oversee project deliveries and pilot launches, including end-to-end project overview, process creation and documentation, timeline management and cross functional alignment
• Accountable for identification, qualification, and execution of EEMEA regional technology partnerships in collaboration with global product teams.
• Ensure smooth delivery of card linked services for EEMEA customers, support sales team in new customer pitches by developing and customizing sales material for the product and attending pitches when necessary as a product expert
• Support the creation and execution of regional GTM strategies for offers services and products in EEMEA markets – this involves working with cross functional groups to build case studies, develop new sales enablement content etc.
• Provide input to global product on regional client needs, emerging use cases and feature functionality required to unlock sales and strengthen right to win on key segments.
• Accountable for identification, qualification, and execution of EEMEA regional offers partnerships in collaboration with global product teams.
All About You
• Bring marketing expertise at the intersection of tech, data, campaign management and execution to deliver scalable loyalty solutions
• A customer centric, agile, insight-driven creator with strong problem-solving skills and an orientation to deliver results
• Minimum 8 years of work experience in the loyalty space, including 4 years in Marketing Technology, product management experience preferred
• Good knowledge of loyalty strategies and capabilities, marketing technologies, digital marketing and vendors in the Middle East, Turkiye, Ukraine, Central Asia and Africa
• Ability to translate knowledge about / experience in the payments and merchant market and media landscape in EEMEA including digital and offline channels, to work with stakeholders to implement highly successful integrated, digital and omnichannel acquisition and activation
• Ability to manage marketing/media development processes including the direction of agencies
• Expertise designing, executing, measuring, and optimizing acquisition and new product launch digital performance marketing campaigns strategies and tactics, including offers, creative, messaging, channels, and journey design and management
• Strong knowledge of digital, social, search media and ad and mar-tech ecosystem for unknown and known audiences to enable acquisition, activation, conversion, and new product launch; has successfully managed end-to-end to delivery of major campaigns to deliver business outcomes.
• Expert project manager with ability to manage marketing, creative and enabling tech processes including the direction of agencies, partners and vendors.
• Strong ability to simultaneously manage multiple time sensitive projects and tasks across multiple disciplines with competence in managing projects of scale with multiple deliverables
• Ability to adapt and can perform efficiently against tight timelines; can operate effectively in ambiguous situations
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify, articulate and mitigate / manage potential risks/opportunities complements problem solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in challenging situations and fast paced environments
• Passion for data, analytics and insights to inform, measure and continuously improve
• Creative and curious about new digital marketing solutions and their practical application
