Job Requirements:
- Strong understanding of eCommerce and distribution channels
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
- Experienced with channel manager, PMS, RMS
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Participate in the high-level technical solution and design during the implementation phase to provide reliable, stable, and operationally sound applications that meet business requirements
- Strong communicator with the ability to manage client expectations through both formal and informal communication channels.
- Exceptional leadership skills, interpersonal skills, and relationship. management abilities to get things done across large, complex organizations.
- Ability to articulate the business value of e-commerce investments/projects and collaborate with partners and cross-functional groups during implementations.
- Ability to work with multinational teams, understand and respect cultural diversity, and develop messages that help achieve objectives with diverse audiences.
- Solve a wide range of highly complex, multi-disciplinary problems which must consider long-term company-wide planning.
Job Descriptions:
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to retain hotel partners, optimize online distribution, and identify expansion opportunities.
- Act as the primary liaison between hotel partners, OTA partners, and headquarters, offering eCommerce support and organizing training sessions.
- Cultivate enduring relationships with partners through transparent communication, feedback solicitation, and collaboration initiatives.
- Drive business growth by conducting thorough market research, generating leads, negotiating deals, and contributing to strategic planning efforts.
- Continuously gather client feedback and market insights to enhance products and services, maximizing the value of partnerships.
