This role will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, delivery and evaluation of all National development solutions for the NMC Emirati workforce. This role will work extensively with the VP Emiratization in the development of viable learning solutions. Also, working as a member of the Corporate Learning & Development team will mean this role will, at times, be involved in corporate training development and delivery. This role is hands on and the incumbent will be expected to develop AND deliver training relevant to Emirati Interns and experienced professionals. This may also involve brokering partnerships with external agencies to create meaningful development experiences.
