  1. Sales Strategy & Analytics:
    • Work closely with Business Development leaders to define go-to-market strategies, broker partnerships, and other sales strategies.
    • Conduct detailed analysis of transactional data, broker segmentation, and sales performance.
    • Provide insights and support for sales forecasting, market penetration, and overall sales strategy development.
  2. Advanced Analytics and Modeling:
    • Lead the development of predictive models for various metrics, including sales, training effectiveness, and broker performance.
    • Run commercial simulations and use statistical techniques such as regression models, exponential smoothing, and time-series analysis to forecast and model data.
    • Perform Pareto analysis, broker segmentation analysis, and other advanced data analytics techniques to support strategic decision-making.
  3. Process Improvement:
    • Identify areas for operational improvement within the Agent Acquisition department.
    • Lead and manage process improvement initiatives focused on optimizing agent operations and the overall Business Development pipeline.
    • Streamline workflows by developing automation solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps.
  4. Data Governance and Quality:
    • Monitor data quality and ensure the integrity of all reports and dashboards.
    • Audit transactional data for inconsistencies and inaccuracies, ensuring all reports reflect accurate and up-to-date information.
  5. Reporting:
    • Fulfill all the department’s data requirements. Regular cadence reporting to on demand data exports.
    • Create ad hoc reports efficiently and provide to leadership.
    • Manage Power BI dashboards, visualizations and data models.
    • Create and manage reports with actionable insights, visualizations, and predictive analytics for real-time decision-making.
  6. Cross-functional Liaison:
    • Serve as the key liaison between the International Sales & Business Development teams and the MD Office.
    • Ensure seamless communication between functional sales teams and the technical teams responsible for implementing technology solutions.
    • Gather reporting requirements from various BD leaders and customize reports to meet business needs.
  7. Training & Knowledge Sharing:
    • Provide guidance and training on BI tools and reporting processes to the broader BD team and agents.
    • Ensure continuous knowledge transfer to ensure all team members are empowered to use business intelligence tools effectively.
