About the Job:


An opportunity has arisen for a Loyalty and Partnership Manager to join or Brand Loyalty team at Jumeirah Group Services. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:  


  • Oversee the seamless execution of the loyalty program, ensuring operational efficiency and continuous optimization to enhance member engagement. 
  • Drive the delivery of exclusive benefits for elite members across all Jumeirah properties, ensuring a consistently exceptional experience.
  • Identify, develop, and manage high-value global partnerships to enhance program benefits and align with the preferences of our distinguished guests. 
  • Lead loyalty training initiatives for colleagues worldwide, developing resources, SOPs, and best practices to ensure outstanding program execution. 
  • Collaborate closely with key internal departments and lead a network of loyalty champions across Jumeirah hotels to drive engagement and operational improvements. 
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, introduce innovative enhancements, and ensure all program processes meet compliance standards and service excellence benchmarks.

About you:


The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in loyalty programs, guest experience, or operational roles within the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, loyalty mechanics, and member engagement strategies.
  • Proven ability to train, coach, and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach and attention to detail.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
