Manager - Financial Reporting - Dubai Holding Group ServicesDubai Holding Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (On-site)Company Overview: Responsible for overseeing and managing the financial reporting processes for Dubai Holding Group Services. This role involves ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and group policies, supporting senior management with financial insights, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Manager will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain high standards of financial governance and reporting.About the Job:An opportunity has arisen for a Manager - Financial Reporting to join Dubai Holding Group Services. Responsibilities of this role:Job Purpose: Responsible for supporting the Treasury department in managing liquidity, cash flow, and financial risk, as well as ensuring that all financial transactions align with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves assisting with cash management, treasury operations, and the execution of funding and investment strategies to ensure financial stability for Dubai Holding’s diverse portfolio of businesses. Lead the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the group and its subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with IFRS, local regulations, and Dubai Holding's internal policies. Review and analyze financial reports for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Prepare financial reporting packages, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and other related reports for senior management and external stakeholders. Assist with the preparation and review of statutory financial statements for local entities. Drive the development and implementation of best practices in financial reporting processes and systems. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting. Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to junior team members in financial reporting activities. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the finance team. Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit cycles, providing the necessary data and documentation for timely and efficient audits. Ensure all statutory and regulatory filings (such as VAT, tax returns, and other relevant reports) are completed accurately and on time.About you:The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA is highly desirable. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial reporting or accounting, preferably within a large corporate or multinational organization. Experience with IFRS and UAE regulatory requirements. Exposure to group consolidation and multi-entity financial reporting is highly desirable.
