Manager - Excellence Programs
The strategy group maps out where we’re going, what that means, and what it looks like. Our Research team analyses the industry so that we’re never playing catch-up. Design translates strategies into award winning products and experiences. In Program Management, it’s more about the delivery of our strategies into realized benefits. And our Corporate Planning team creates strategy so that we’re agile enough to respond in a fast evolving industry.
What you'll deliver
• You’ll manage excellence program activities, liaising with internal business units and stakeholders to track progress on DA projects, ensuring proper communication and coordinating site visits.
• You’ll promote an Excellence Culture by conducting workshops, training, and supporting excellence-related lab activities.
• You’ll oversee excellence submissions across DA, ensuring quality and alignment with internal and external stakeholder progress.
• You’ll analyze excellence program reports with internal business units and stakeholders, recommending improvements and corrective actions while fostering long-term relationships to drive continuous improvement.
• You’ll deliver the excellence and improvement programs agenda, including the Dubai Government Excellence Program (DGE), Dubai Model Center (DMC), and private awards.
• You’ll conduct mock assessments for corporate and individual categories and manage the happiness indices and mystery shopper studies.
What you bring
• You’ll be educated to a bachelor’s degree level specialized in Business Administration/ Business Excellence/Related.
• You’ll have at least 5-7 years of experience in excellence/quality/compliance/stakeholder management.
• You’ll have knowledge of standards/regulations/industry best practices/benchmarking techniques.
