Oversee project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables within autonomous teams.
Contribute to architectural decision-making and system design.
Act as a key team member supporting all Local Shop Vendors.
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team, ensuring their success.
Design, develop, test, iterate, and deploy new features, system integrations, and enhancements.
Provide ongoing operational support and maintenance.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team effectively.
Extensive experience in system design, development, and support.
Deep understanding of both administrative and development aspects of the Salesforce platform, including when to leverage declarative vs. programmatic solutions.
Expertise in designing scalable, high-performance codebases with a focus on security and best practices.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Apex Triggers, as well as integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using RESTful and SOAP APIs.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce security models and techniques.
Hands-on experience with Git, SFDX, and version control.
Experience developing custom Lightning Components using Aura and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Familiarity with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Case Management, Knowledge, Live Agent, Marketing Cloud, AWS, GCP
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Nice to have:
Strong understanding of relational databases and object-oriented programming.
Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Knowledge of service-oriented architectures (REST, SOAP, gRPC, etc.).
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, Advanced Developer, Architect) are a plus.
Experience with Salesforce Communities, Lightning Experience, and Agile methodologies.
Passion for engineering best practices, high-quality code, and automated testing.
