About Rule:
Management and Planning:
Participates and contributes to 5-Year Business Plans and ensures that engineering and projects department plans are in line with the Division objectives.
Plan the development of scope of work for different projects for all stage of project such as Identify, Assess, Define and Execute.
Plan and manage the manpower required from in-house team as well as external consultants for execution of different projects for all stage of project such as Identify, Assess, Define and Execute.
Management of Project Development and Execution Sections:
Advises team on review of Design/Engineering associated with critical plant modifications including software analysis, data sheet preparation and issuance of construction packages and oversees the development of major and minor projects.
Leads the team (in-house/external consultants) in developing engineering drawings and documents, material take off for approved installation of new plant facilities, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, best engineering practices, ADNOC General Engineering Standards (AGES), International Codes & Standards.
Leads and coordinates the development studies, internally and outsourced, to provide management with decision factors on operated or non-operated projects and recommendations on development programs.
Qualification and Experience:
B.Sc. Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering discipline.
12 years' experience in a refinery/gas processing plant with at least 6 years' experience at senior management level within a multi-disciplined environment.
