We are currently seeking an ambitious UAE National to be part of IWPB Team in Dubai to lead the Consumer Education and Awareness (CEA) initiatives as per CPR requirements, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. The working location for this position is HSBC Tower, Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will:•    Manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of CEA initiatives. •    Ensure the accuracy and quality of reporting to internal forums and Central Bank, UAE.•    Conduct annual review of all CEA initiatives to assess their impact and reach, make necessary adjustments/amendments based on the outcome of this annual review and present it at the first Customer Experience Forum of every year.•    Prepare and submit annual review of all CEA initiatives to the Central Bank as required. •    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign objectives and ensure consistent messaging across channels.•    Establish robust governance framework to monitor campaign activities, address operational issues, and track compliance with Central Bank requirements.•    Ensure the content and delivery of CEA initiatives are tested on a broadly representative sample of the audience before releasing to customers/the public to ensure they are suitable for their targeted audience and achieve their objectives. •    Conduct post-campaign evaluations to measure impact on customer awareness, behaviour, and satisfaction, with findings shared in governance forums and ensure necessary actions are taken to improve the content of the educational campaigns.•    Serve as the primary point of contact for CEA-related audits and reviews, addressing feedback and implementing necessary improvements.•    Keep abreast of external factors influencing regulation and client expectations with respect to Education & Awareness to ensure HSBC remains compliant.•    The jobholder will need to be in compliance with the relevant sections of FIMs, BIMs, Procedure Manuals, directives laid down by the regulators/authorities, Internal Audit, as well as the WPB business directives and objectives.•    Maintain HSBC internal control standards and addresses audit points and/or any issues raised by regulators in a timely manner.
