What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 2-3 years of Experience as a Management Accountant in a Luxury Hotel environment in the UAE.
  
• A Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field such as Chartered Accountancy is preferred.
  
• Computer literacy, with a mastery of Word, Excel, and Outlook, while possessing an exceptional knowledge of relevant Accounting Software.
  
• Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
  
• Superior Problem-Solving Skills and the competence to Exceed Expectations in dynamic and competitive operational environments.
  
• 'FIVE-Styled’ Visionary thinking by finding creative solutions, while taking Ownership for all duties and tasks assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepares top-notch Financial Statements in alignment with FIVE’s procedures, ensuring Clarity and Precision that reflects our Luxurious brand.
  
• Crafts insightful Management Information Systems (MIS) reports and conducts Meticulous Variance Analysis to Drive sensational Performance.
  
• Prepares and analyses Financial Statements and Reports, focusing on delivering Extraordinary outcomes that Elevates FIVE’s operational excellence.
  
• Supervises Financial Transactions and expertly Manages Cash Flow, preventing discrepancies and ensuring seamless Financial Operations.
  
• Verifies recorded Transactions with remarkable Attention To Detail, reporting any irregularities to Management with a ‘FIVE-Styled’ approach.
  
• Manages and reconciles diverse accounts, including cash, investments, and accounts payable/receivable, in an Exquisite manner.
  
• Oversees Audits with an unwavering Commitment to Excellence and Compliance in FIVE’s Financial Practices.
  
• Exhibits a comprehensive understanding of IFRS and Lease Accounting, applying Best Practices that uphold FIVE’s remarkable standards.
  
• Energises and supports the FIVE Tribe to achieve common goals, fostering a Vibrant and Collaborative ‘Vibe at FIVE’ that inspires success.
  
• Establishes clear Guidelines and Deadlines for monthly tasks, ensuring timely Financial Reporting that aligns with our ‘FIVE-Star’ ethos.
  
• Provides strategic Financial Insights and Guidance to support FIVE’s operations, enhancing the decision-making processes that propels FIVE to New Heights.
  
• Communicates effectively with external Stakeholders, such as auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities, maintaining ‘FIVE-Styled’ Communication at all times.
  
• Performs ad-hoc Analyses and Special Projects as requested, showcasing a Bespoke approach to Financial Tasks that deliver Exceptional value.
