Personal Butler for UHNWI - Exclusive UAE Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Butler to provide exceptional end-to-end personal assistance and support to an Emirati/British UHNWI in Dubai, UAE. This prestigious role involves overseeing every facet of the principal's personal affairs, ensuring seamless travel experiences, orchestrating exclusive events, and upholding the utmost confidentiality. As the Personal Butler, you will be an integral part of a world-class team dedicated to enhancing UHNWI’s lifestyle. The family lives in a very large penthouse in Dubai. They are a young couple with a young child. Fully staffed household.

Duties:
End-to-End Personal Assistance:

Deliver end-to-end personal assistance across all aspects of the principal's life.

Anticipate and satisfy the principal's preferences, routines, and requirements.

Efficiently manage the principal's calendar, appointments, and activities.

Conduct personal shopping, gift selection, and various errands.

Ensure absolute discretion and confidentiality in all personal matters.

Travel Coordination:

Facilitate seamless domestic and international travel experiences.

Coordinate flights, accommodation, transportation, and visas.

Prepare meticulous itineraries, securing necessary reservations.

Provide on-the-go support during travel, managing logistics.

Personal Event Organization:

Plan, coordinate, and execute personal events and gatherings.

Handle event logistics, venue selection, catering, and transportation.

Maintain the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

Wardrobe Management:

Assist the principal in managing and organizing their wardrobe.

Collaborate with stylist and tailor for wardrobe upkeep and updates.

Arrange for clothing alterations, dry cleaning, and wardrobe-related services.

Confidentiality and Privacy:

Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and privacy.

Safeguard the principal's information within and outside the workplace.

Adhere to strict confidentiality policies and procedures.

Days and Hours:

6 days a week, flexibility as per the family needs. Average 10 hours a day.

Requirements
  • European passport/US Passport preferable
  • Proven experience as a Personal Butler or in a similar role, preferably in high-profile or UHNWI settings.
  • Expertise in providing comprehensive personal assistance for high-level individuals.
  • Desirable experience in managing yachts, private jets, and wardrobes.
  • Exceptional communication, professionalism, and interpersonal finesse.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to anticipate principal's needs.
  • Strong commitment to discretion, privacy, and confidentiality.
  • Exceptional organization and multitasking abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, adapt to irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a valuable asset.
  • Valid UAE/International driver's license with a clean record.
Must be an individual contributor: Candidates with experience in managing a team in large households are less likely to be considered.

Extensive travel experience: The ideal candidate should have significant experience traveling privately with the principal around the globe.
