Male Nurse for Homecare with DHA

Ontime Group is looking for a skilled Male Nurse with a valid DHA license to join our homecare services team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their well-being and comfort. You will work closely with patients and their families to deliver personalized care and support as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Provide ongoing nursing care to patients in their residences, including administering medication, wound care, and monitoring vital signs
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to inform care planning and interventions
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families about health management and self-care techniques
• Document all nursing activities and patient interactions accurately in medical records
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe care environment
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
