Maintenance Coordinator-Lady

Preparing accurate cost estimates and detailed plans for the maintenance, installation, and repair of fire protection systems ,overseeing the scheduling, coordination, and execution of fire protection system inspections, testing, and maintenance activities. This role ensures that all systems are functioning properly and in compliance with safety regulations. 

Responsibilities:

• repare accurate cost estimates for fire protection system maintenance, installation, and repair projects. This includes materials, labor, and equipment costs.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all estimates, contracts, and correspondence related to fire system maintenance projects..
• Coordinate and schedule regular maintenance, inspections, and testing for fire protection systems, ensuring compliance with fire safety codes.
• Maintain accurate records of all inspections, maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance.Prepare reports for clients and regulatory authorities.
• Serve as the point of contact between clients, internal teams, and regulatory agencies, ensuring clear communication regarding maintenance schedules, inspections, and any issues that arise.

• Education:

  
  
  •  A Diploma or equivalent in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (or a related technical field).

• Skills:

  
  
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects and schedules effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, fire system management software).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating between teams and clients.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems related to fire protection systems.
