Charterhouse is working with a prestigious Italian luxury brand in the search for a dynamic and experienced Made to Measure Manager to oversee the bespoke tailoring experience at a high-end store in Dubai. This is a key leadership role, responsible for managing the entire Made to Measure process, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining the brand's high-quality standards.
About the Role
The Made to Measure Manager will be responsible for leading and optimizing the Made to Measure process from consultation to delivery. This includes managing and training a team of tailors and sales consultants, building lasting relationships with clients, and ensuring personalized advice is provided. The Made to Measure Manager will monitor sales performance and propose improvements to drive growth. Additionally, the role will involve ensuring the highest standards of customer service and ensuring that the brand's reputation for luxury is upheld.
About You
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Made to Measure, ideally within luxury fashion. Proven leadership and team management skills are essential, as well as a passion for tailoring and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Fluency in English is required, and Italian is a plus. The candidate must have a genuine passion for the tailoring craft and the brand’s values.
