Build and maintain relationships with VIP clients, ensuring a seamless and memorable shopping experience. Assist with visual merchandising to maintain the boutique luxurious aesthetic. Stay updated on industry trends and brand collections to enhance client engagement. Process transactions accurately while maintaining a professional and elegant demeanor.
Requirements:
Proven experience in luxury retail sales with a strong ability to drive revenue. Exceptional grooming and professional appearance, reflecting a high-end brand image. Confident public speaker with experience hosting events or online shopping sessions. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships. A passion for luxury fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands. Tech-savvy, comfortable with social media and live streaming platforms. Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and during events.
