Job title: Logistics Administrator and Coordinator
Responsibilities:
·Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
·Prepare shipment documents
·Schedule shifts and delivery schedule for drivers
·Maintain updated records of orders and customers
·Provide information to customers about the status of their orders in collaboration with the customer service department
·Coordination with the facility operations
·Knowledge of vendor management
·Understanding of finance process/billing process
Requirements & Skills:
·Work experience as a Logistics Administrator, Logistics Coordinator, Warehouse Administrator or similar role.
·Excellent organizational and time-management skills
·Good communication skill
·Good Interpersonal skill
·Excellent presentation skill
·Hands on experience on Microsoft office
·Minimum one year experience in the same field
·Commendable and experience handling drivers
