The opportunity

You will be responsible for the driving and implementing of the service strategy as well as operations, growth, monitoring, reviewing, analyzing and reporting of the market conditions as well as customer strategies and competitor activities.

How you’ll make an impact

• Identifying and managing the marketing and sales investments necessary to increase market penetration, as well as entering a new market segment whilst build customer awareness.
• Ensuring the timely delivery of service sales and strategy.
• Implementing the agreed delivery and performance standards to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Overseeing the day-to-day service operations, reviewing and supervising the Service delivery and project execution.
• Seeking to maintain a strong relationship with customers, sales representatives, production, and distribution departments to ensure growth, improvement and productivity.

Your background             

• A bachelor’s degree in relevant industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
