E-learning Executive

Content Creation and Management:

-Design engaging e-learning content using a variety of media. 

-Organization and maintenance of learning content, including courses, videos, documents and assessments.

-Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and update learning materials.

LMS Administration:

-Manage the day-to-day operations, including user accounts, course creation, permissions and troubleshooting technical issues.

Reporting and Analytics:

-Generate and analyze reports on learner progress and course completion. 

Vendor Management:

-Manage relationships with LMS vendors and customizing LMS wherever necessary.

User Experience Enhancement:

-Enhance the user experience by including user interface improvements and user feedback mechanisms.

-Ensure the LMS is up-to-date​ with the latest software updates 

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  
• Certification in instructional design is an advantage
  
• Proficiency in LMS platforms (Reach 360 is advantageous)
  
• 2 years’ experience in E-learning and LMS development.
  
• Articulate 360 – proficiency in Rise and Storyline.
  
• Advance experience with Excel. 
  
• Proven experience with Reach 360.
