Key Responsibilities
•Liaison with Emirates Airline:
oServe as the primary point of contact for all program-related communications with Emirates airline.
oFacilitate meetings, presentations, and reviews with Emirates's linefit & retrofit program teams.
oAddress and resolve any issues or concerns raised by Emirates in a timely manner.
oRepresent the Program Manager during the 1st Installation phase and assume the handover between the Program Teams (IPT) and the Field & Customer Support Teams based in Dubai
•Program Management:
oOversee the implementation and progress of various programs in coordination with internal teams and Emirates airline.
oEnsure all program milestones, deliverables, and schedules are adhered to.
oMonitor and report on program progress, identifying any potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
oFor retrofit activities performed at Emirates, assure the coordination of all activities in liaison with on-site Emirates retrofit teams, with Safran Aircraft Manager & field teams and with Homebase IPT teams for efficient retrofit campaign
oFacilitate the management of changes on Emirates programs (change management). Specifically, drumbeats on the Change Requests backlog with the related Safran Program Managers; participates in related negotiations with customer and sales, and helps decide on their integration into the ongoing programs
oEnsure efficient contract management in transversal to all Emirates program, from initial contract convergence along up to contract execution tracking and renegotiation with commercial teams.
•Communication & Coordination:
oMaintain consistent and open communication channels between our company's program management teams and Emirates.
oPrepare and deliver regular status reports, updates, and project documentation to both internal stakeholders and Emirates.
oEnsure all stakeholders are informed of any changes, challenges, or updates regarding the program.
oCoordinate and represent Safran programs in related Executive Review with Emirates, from RFPs and offers up to in-service follow-up
•Relationship Management:
oDevelop and maintain strong, positive relationships with representatives from Emirates airline.
oRepresent the company's interests in all dealings with Emirates, fostering a collaborative and cooperative working environment.

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Liaison Program Manager to represent our company locally in Dubai and ensure seamless coordination and communication with our Program counterparts in Emirates airline. The ideal candidate will act as the key point of contact between our company's program management team and Emirates representatives, ensuring that all project requirements, goals, and timelines are met efficiently and effectively.
This position is made for you if you have at least 5-6 years of successful experience in an aeronautical, automotive, or even railway environment.
Your ability to make decisions and take strategic directions will be crucial in achieving your goals.
You are known for your ability to bring teams together around common challenges and to handle unexpected situations. Additionally, you pay particular attention to building and developing client relationships. Your communication skills and leadership will be key to the success of your mission.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential to communicate daily with our international clients and partners.
