Job Scope: Supports companies with legal documents and matters, conducts legal research, and provides legal advice.
Essential Functions
Handle workflows on Salesforce, Adobe/AdobeSign, DocuSign, Docsend, Dropbox, Slack, and CARTA, or similar technologies.
Assisting with knowledge management, including maintaining and updating internal trackers, guidance, and other resources.
Assisting with portfolio management and portfolio company requests and/or fund requests Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of software and other technology.
Assisting with regulatory and compliance matters.
Assisting with KYC/AML matters and processes.
Assisting with billing review, and other fund management activities.
Working with and assisting other teams, including the investment, funds, finance, and data teams.
Selecting, managing, and negotiating with external law firms and service providers.
Maintaining relationships with external legal vendors to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
Assisting the legal team in closing transactions by liaising and coordinating with the various stakeholders
