Position Title:             Legal Officer

Employment Type:     Full Time

Salary:                        up to 15K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Location:             Dubai, UAE

 

About the Client:

A known marketing consultancy based in Dubai.

 

Job Description:

  • Offering legal advice to the organization which includes representing the organization in legal matters such meetings, hearings, contract signing.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Conducting legal research as needed by the business.
  • Organizing files and managing legal business documents
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that affect the organization.


المهارات

Qualifications:

  • Open to Arabic and British nationalities
  • 30 years old and below
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (preferably from UK)
  • Open to fresh graduates
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and experience in ensuring organizational compliance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting legal documents and advising stakeholders
  • Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
