Legal Counsel – Contracts

What you’ll deliver
•You'll draft, review, and negotiate bespoke agreements between Dubai Airports and external parties
•You'll provide legal support and advice on a broad range of agreements to various business units
•You'll assist in the preparation of legal updates and reports for meetings and presentations
•You'll liaise with external legal counsel and validate the appointment of external legal service providers for Dubai Airports
•You'll investigate legal claims and complaints related to Dubai Airports' suppliers and customers.
What you bring
•You should be educated to a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, acquired 3 – 5 years of relevant and overall experience
•You’ll have knowledge of UAE federal and local laws, aviation regulations, and accreditation standards
•You’ll have knowledge of drafting and managing contracts
•You'll have experience in commercial negotiations and procurement within the aviation industry
