Job Description
Common law qualified lawyer with a strong academic background.
Relevant years of legal experience with a reputable law firm
Proficiency in deal execution and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures.
Familiarity with the regulatory environment in the UAE, particularly in Abu Dhabi, and international jurisdictions.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong legal research and analytical abilities.
Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse team environment.
Good Communication skill in English & Arabic
