We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Specialist with corporate services background to join our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will have a legal background and at least 2+ years of experience in corporate services in the UAE and other jurisdictions. This role involves executing corporate services for clients, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and providing seamless business setup and administration support.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Company Formation & Structuring: Manage the incorporation and structuring of companies in UAE free zones, mainland, and offshore jurisdictions.
  • Corporate Governance & Compliance: Ensure companies adhere to UAE laws, regulations, and compliance requirements, including ESR, UBO, and AML policies.
  • Liaison with Authorities: Communicate with government and regulatory bodies such as DED, DIFC, ADGM, DMCC, and other free zones to handle company-related matters.
  • License Renewals & Amendments: Oversee trade license renewals, amendments, and cancellations, ensuring timely completion of all required formalities.
  • Document Preparation & Processing: Draft, review, and submit corporate documents such as MOAs, board resolutions, powers of attorney, and corporate agreements.
  • Visa & Immigration Services: Assist with processing employee and investor visas, work permits, Emirates ID applications, and other immigration requirements.
  • Banking Support: Facilitate corporate bank account opening and liaise with financial institutions to meet clients' banking needs.
  • Contract & Legal Support: Provide corporate legal support, including due diligence, contract review, and coordination with external legal advisors when necessary.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and ensuring a smooth execution of corporate services.
  • Records & Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of corporate entities and client documents.

Requirements

Requirements:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate services, company formation, or business administration in the UAE and other jurisdictions.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE corporate laws, regulatory frameworks, and business setup procedures.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in legal documentation and corporate compliance processes.
    • Ability to liaise with government authorities and external stakeholders.
    • Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
  • Languages: Fluent in English (Russian is a plus).
