Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly organized ,young,posh and detail-oriented Female Legal Assistant / Admin to support the Legal Department in a fast-paced real estate environment for one of our Luxury Villa RealEsate in Dubai. The brief is fair simply as we wish for people just to be highly organized, admin assistants, that can work in a fast-paced document control environment.  Highly proficient with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel etc etc).This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in both the legal and real estate sectors.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, be proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.), and thrive in a dynamic legal environment. The role requires effective time management, multitasking abilities, and the capacity to handle sensitive documents and information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist with the organization, preparation, and management of legal documents, files, and case materials.
  • Support the legal team with administrative duties, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents for clients, courts, and legal proceedings.
  • Perform document control tasks, including reviewing, sorting, indexing, and filing electronic and hard copy documents.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records for ongoing legal matters.
  • Draft and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ensure that all documents are processed, reviewed, and filed in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate communication between clients, attorneys, and external parties.
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents with courts and regulatory bodies.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and other administrative resources as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required by the legal team.

Skills & Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, legal assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and filing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a legal or document control role is a plus, but not required.

Education & Experience:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher in a related field is a plus.
  • 3- 4  years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the legal industry.
