The Leasing Manager will be instrumental in driving our leasing strategies, ensuring a seamless process for attracting and retaining tenants for our diverse portfolio. This role involves overseeing the full leasing cycle, engaging with clients, negotiating lease agreements, and fostering collaboration with property management teams to uphold high standards of property maintenance and compliance.

• Formulate and implement effective sales and leasing strategies to fulfill organizational objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales and leasing agents to optimize operational performance and achieve designated targets.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders and clients to enhance business opportunities.
• Negotiate and finalize leasing agreements, ensuring alignment with revenue projections.
• Conduct market analysis to identify and capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities.
• Generate and deliver comprehensive sales and leasing reports to senior management.
