As the Leasing Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our properties by attracting and retaining high-quality tenants. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the leasing process, from marketing vacant units to negotiating lease agreements. Additionally, you will collaborate with our property management team to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and in compliance with all regulations.

• ⁠Develop and implement sales and leasing strategies to achieve company targets
• ⁠Lead and manage a team of sales and leasing agents to drive performance
• Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to maximize business opportunities
• ⁠Negotiate and close sales and leasing deals to meet revenue goals
• ⁠Monitor market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities
• ⁠Prepare and present regular sales and leasing reports to senior management
• ⁠Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• ⁠Provide training and mentorship to sales and leasing team members
• ⁠Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support sales and leasing activities
