This role will be part of the global Learning and Development team, responsible for organizing, </span><span>delivering</span><span> and evaluating high quality training programs and training events for </span><span>mainly Oliver</span><span> Wyman’s Consultant populations</span><span>.  </span><span>Specifically, the role will </span><span>be responsible for</span><span> assigned programs and for supporting the administrative needs of courses for the regional team</span><span>.  </span><span>This role will have a regional focus within India, Middle East & Africa, although will be expected to work seamlessly with the global team and may be </span><span>required</span><span> to travel where needed. The role may also support programs delivered for the Support Professional, Specialist or Partner population. </span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>Being </span><span>part of a global team,</span><span> the individual</span><span> will need to be a detail oriented, self-starter who can </span><span>operate</span><span> without close supervision</span><span>.  </span><span>They must be a team player and will require excellent communication skills to work in a complex, demanding and global professional services environment</span><span>.  </span><span>The role also requires a high degree of organization, significant attention to detail, strong customer service orientation and outstanding client relationship building skills</span><span>.  </span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span> </span></p></div><div><p><u><span>Key Responsibilities: </span></u><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>Understand and effectively communicate how L&D programs and modules fit into colleagues’ broader development</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Establish and </span><span>maintain</span><span> a solid understanding of the different life-cycles – knowing at </span><span>a high level</span><span> what skills </span><span>are required to</span><span> be successful at each level  </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><p><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>Manage key relationships </span><span>required</span><span> to successfully plan and organize training </span><span>attendance;</span><span>  </span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Work closely with other functions in the Human Capital team (e.g., Talent Management, Recruiting) to coordinate </span><span>appropriate training</span><span> at the </span><span>appropriate time</span><span> in an individual’s career</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Develop strong professional relationships with internal facilitators and external vendors to </span><span>determine</span><span> areas of expertise and </span><span>appropriate roles</span><span> in core programs</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><p><span> </span></p></div></div><div><div><p><span><span>Take ownership for assigned program delivery:</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Full coordination of all aspects of program planning for classroom sessions as well as virtual sessions including but not limited </span><span>to:</span><span> booking meeting rooms, setting up meeting rooms live or via Zoom, researching, </span><span>selecting</span><span> and booking hotels and restaurants, arranging catering, </span><span>preparing</span><span> and printing materials, working with other departments to ensure training programs are set-up and run successfully</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Act as lead on program and collaborate effectively within delivery pod to ensure that all program </span><span>logistics</span><span> are properly handled from set up through completion of programs. </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Recruit </span><span>appropriate facilitators</span><span> for programs based on course content and participant profile </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Organize and </span><span>facilitate</span><span> host briefings based on understanding course content to provide facilitator with background on program and useful facilitation information </span><span>leveraging</span><span> other members of the L&D team as necessary </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Act as </span><span>in </span><span>room host for programs with strong L&D presence to create an environment for learning. </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Support needs within program to ensure impactful program delivery.
