ROLE SUMMARY
Learning & Talent Management Partner plays a key role in driving talent management initiatives, with a particular focus on learning and development, to ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to design and implement programs that foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
What you’ll do
Learning and Development
- Design, implement, and manage learning and development programs that align with the organization's talent strategy and business objectives.
- Identify skill gaps and development needs through performance management processes and collaborate with stakeholders to address them through targeted learning interventions.
- Partner with subject matter experts to develop and deliver training content, workshops, and learning resources that enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Needs Assessment and Analysis: Conduct regular assessments to identify and analyze learning and development needs within the organization.
- Program Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement effective training programs and curricula tailored to organizational needs.
- Training Delivery and Facilitation: Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars in various formats (in-person, virtual, e-learning).
- Performance Evaluation and Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve content and delivery methods.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage relationships with external vendors to align L&D initiatives with organizational objectives.
Talent Management
- Support talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and career development, to ensure a pipeline of internal talent for critical roles.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify high-potential employees and create tailored development plans to nurture their growth within the organization.
- Integrate learning and development initiatives with performance management processes to ensure that individual development plans align with performance goals and career aspirations.
Learning Analytics and Strategy
- Utilize data-driven insights to measure the impact of learning initiatives and make recommendations to enhance talent development strategies.
- Monitor and report on key learning and development metrics, providing insights to support strategic workforce planning and decision-making.
Talent Management Technology
- Oversee the optimization of the organization's learning management system, ensuring that it effectively supports the delivery of learning programs, tracking of employee progress, and reporting of learning analytics.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate learning and development platforms with other talent management systems, such as performance management, succession planning, and career development tools, to create a seamless talent management ecosystem.
Essential for the role
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant domain
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management, learning, and development, or organizational development roles.
Desirable for the role
- HR Degree or MBA in Human Resources
