Description
Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives within the Learning Admission & Delivery Division, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals.Optimise the learner admission process, ensuring seamless registration, efficient coordination with service providers, and an enhanced experience for all stakeholders.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyse data to identify areas for improvement and enhance the effectiveness of the admission process.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government entities and service providers.Analyse financial information to ensure all operations are within budget, and provide support to the director on budget strategy.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.6+ years of relevant experience in educational administration, program admissions, or related fields.Proven experience in managing operational processes, ensuring efficiency, and exceeding customer expectations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and prepare reports to inform decision-making.Strong relationship-building and communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
