As Lead Technical Architect, you will drive the technical development of high-end hotels, resorts, and F&B spaces, ensuring compliance with international and local building standards. You will play a crucial role in translating design concepts into highly detailed, buildable solutions while managing technical documentation, compliance, and coordination with project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical development and execution of hospitality projects from concept to completion.
  
• Ensure compliance with local authority codes and international standards (IBC, NFPA, ASHRAE, LEED).
  
• Review and approve detailed design drawings, ensuring accuracy and constructability.
  
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical challenges.
  
• Develop high-quality technical documentation, including detailed construction drawings.
  
• Manage and mentor technical teams, fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency.
  
• Ensure that designs align with the brand vision and architectural integrity.
  
• Implement BIM workflows to enhance design coordination and efficiency.
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
  
• 10-15 years of experience in technical architecture within hospitality or large-scale projects.
  
• Deep understanding of technical detailing, construction methodologies, and authority approvals.
  
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM360, and Adobe Suite.
  
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills to tackle complex project challenges.
  
• Certification in BIM workflows preferred.
  
• Dubai Municipality Registration is a plus.
  
• Passion for delivering high-quality, precision-driven architecture.
