We’ve teamed up with an awesome agency in Dubai to help them hire a Lead Multimedia Designer for their team.
They've been around for a few years and are definitely one of the most creative companies in the region. They work on projects across different sectors and only take on work where they have full control—giving their designers the freedom to unleash their creativity.
The agency works with clients globally, mainly focusing on website projects. So, they’re looking for someone who’s got tons of experience designing innovative websites. The ideal candidate will have experience across UI Design, Motion Design, and ideally, some exposure to AI design tools.
While it’s not a must, experience in an agency or consultancy would be a plus, as knowledge across sectors will help you in this role. This is a Lead position, so you'll be expected to manage and mentor a couple of designers—but you’ll still be very hands-on. You don’t have to have prior lead experience, but it would definitely be a bonus.
The agency is based in Dubai, and due to client NDAs, they need this person to be on-site 5 days a week. Ideally, they’d love to find someone already based in the region, but they’re open to relocating the right person. They’re offering a very attractive salary because they’re looking for someone they consider to be in the top 1% of creative designers in the region. There’s also a performance-related bonus and overtime if you ever need to work beyond your core hours.
