Lead Engineer - Infrastructure

Job Summary:

Lead Engineer - Infrastructure is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of infrastructure maintenance and operations within assigned communities. This role requires a strong technical background in civil, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing engineering, with a focus on ensuring the efficient and safe operation of community infrastructure systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all community infrastructure, including roads, pavements, drainage systems, water and electricity networks, and landscaping.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of infrastructure systems to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment failures and ensure the long-term sustainability of infrastructure assets.
• Manage infrastructure projects, including upgrades, renovations, and new installations.
• Oversee the work of contractors and service providers, ensuring quality and timely completion of projects.
• Monitor and control infrastructure budgets and expenses.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and complaints related to infrastructure issues.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and procedures.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure maintenance and operations, preferably within a community management or property management setting.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
