Lead Business Advisor (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is in search of a knowledgeable and strategic Advisor for Long Term Planning to join our esteemed client in the utilities sector. The Advisor will play a crucial role in devising comprehensive long-term plans that align with the organization’s vision and operational needs. This position involves analyzing trends, resource requirements, and potential challenges to develop actionable plans that foster sustainable growth.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders, ensuring that all planning efforts are coherent and optimized for future demands. You will also be responsible for presenting findings and recommendations to upper management, facilitating informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with government entities, RC, and utility policy makers on Marafiq interests and national initiatives. 
2. Explore and evaluate business growth opportunities within and outside RC areas using New Growth Opportunity Evaluation Procedure.
3. Interact with existing customers to explore opportunities for new business.
4. Develop Marafiq LT Strategy and associated strategic plan (10+ yrs) based on market dynamics, competitors’ landscape, and growth opportunities.
