We are currently seeking a highly skilled and talented Lead Backend Architect to focus on their trading platform.
Responsibilities:
Identify and resolve performance issues to improve the platform's responsiveness and efficiency.
Promote the adoption of comprehensive testing processes, such as unit testing, integration testing, and automation, to guarantee the application's reliability and stability.
Advocate for thorough testing practices, including unit tests, integration tests, and automation, to ensure the application's reliability and stability.
Guide, mentor, and oversee a group of developers, QA professionals, and business analysts. Define clear objectives, set performance targets, and create career development plans for each team member.
Cultivate a collaborative environment by working closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Work with cross-functional teams to design scalable and resilient architectures for our trading applications, focusing on performance, security, and user experience.
Provide technical guidance and leadership to the team, ensuring adherence to industry best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Golang
A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a technical lead or similar role, particularly in developing mission-critical systems or financial applications.programming, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
4+ years in a management position
Experience with microservices architecture, containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, and REST API design.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
