Job Description
The Landscaping Team Leader oversees and manages landscaping and grounds maintenance activities to ensure the outdoor spaces are well-maintained, visually appealing, and safe. This role involves leading a team of landscapers, planning and delegating tasks, and ensuring quality standards are met in all landscaping operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee landscaping technicians and manage daily operations. Plan and schedule landscaping tasks and projects. Ensure proper use and maintenance of landscaping equipment. Inspect completed work to maintain quality standards. Provide on-the-job training and support to enhance team skills and efficiency.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree, Certification in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field is a plus. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in landscaping, including supervisory roles.
Additional Information
