We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Labour Resourcer to join our team in the UAE.
This role requires a dedicated individual who can effectively source labour from various locations, including labour camps and high-footfall areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and updating our CRM system, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Labour Resourcing:** Visit labour camps and high-footfall areas to source skilled and unskilled labour for a variety of industries.
- **Candidate Screening:** Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability for various roles.
- **CRM Management:** Maintain and update the CRM system with candidate information, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- **Relationship Building:** Establish and maintain relationships with potential candidates and community leaders within labour camps.
- **Compliance:** Ensure all sourced candidates have the necessary legal documentation to work, including Emirates ID and Non Objection Certificate (NOC).
- **Reporting:** Prepare regular reports on resourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and CRM updates.
- **Transportation:** Use own vehicle to travel to various sourcing locations within the UAE.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- **Language Proficiency:** Must be fluent in English, Arabic, Hindi, and Urdu.
- **Driving Requirements:** Must possess a valid driver’s license and own a car.
- **Legal Requirements:** Must have an Emirates ID and Non Objection Certificate (NOC).
- **Experience:** Previous experience in labour resourcing or recruitment preferred.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using CRM systems and other recruitment tools.
- **Interpersonal Skills:** Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse candidates.
- **Organizational Skills:** Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
