As a Lab Technician at SearchPlus HR, you will play a vital role in supporting laboratory operations and ensuring the accuracy of tests and analyses.Your responsibilities will include conducting laboratory tests and procedures, maintaining equipment, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. You will work closely with a team of professionals to deliver accurate results and contribute to high-quality patient care.Responsibilities: Perform a variety of laboratory tests and analyses in accordance with established protocols Prepare samples and conduct experiments using appropriate techniques and equipment Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate results Document and report test results in a timely and accurate manner Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and implementing solutions Collaborate with other lab personnel to improve testing procedures and efficiency
