الوصف الوظيفي

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Outdoor Sales Executive to join our client in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales of kitchen cabinets and domestic appliances, with a proven track record in the Dubai market. You’ll be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and promoting our product offerings to potential customers.


Position Type: Direct Hire – Permanent


MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE DUBAI MARKET


Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development: Promote and sell kitchen cabinets and domestic appliances to potential customers within designated sales areas.

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Lead Generation: Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.

• Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company’s kitchen and domestic appliance products and provide customers with expert advice and product recommendations.

• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, analyze trends, and track competitor products and pricing strategies.

• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

• Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.

• Technical Demonstrations: Demonstrate product features, benefits, and specifications to potential customers.

• Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management.

• Sales Visits: Conduct outdoor sales visits to meet with customers, understand their needs, and demonstrate products.


Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, specifically in kitchen and domestic appliances, with a proven ability to meet sales targets.

• Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Dubai market and customer preferences.

• Communication Skills: Fluency in multiple languages, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with AutoCAD, architectural drawings, MS Office, and interior design principles is preferred.

• Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills with a focus on relationship management.

• Driver’s License: Must possess a valid UAE driving license for conducting outdoor sales visits.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, or any related field, with a Diploma in Interior Design (preferred).
