InterContinental Dubai Marina is a Five Star luxury hotel & residence in the heart of Dubai Marina with 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event space and restaurants & bars. With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five-star presence.
A little taste of your day-to-day:

Your role will include but not be limited to:

• Install and maintain kitchen, refrigeration, and laundry equipment to ensure optimal functionality
• Respond promptly to equipment issues reported by kitchen and laundry staff, providing efficient and effective solutions
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement preventive maintenance programs, minimizing downtime and maximizing equipment lifespan
• Conduct regular inspections and performance tests on kitchen and laundry equipment, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards for luxury hospitality
• Ability to repair, install and maintain all resident rooms home appliances   
• Able to install new equipment when necessary
• Maintains all kitchen, refrigeration equipment to ensure maximum efficiency
• Maintains walk-in freezer temperature records as per Municipality requirement
• To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Coordinate with other technicians and departments to optimize overall efficiency and functionality within the hotel

Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:

• At least two year of experience in similar role and a can-do attitude!
• Strong communication skills and a passion for teamwork.
• Proven knowledge in the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of the equipment
