Job Title: Kitchen Helper

Salary: AED 1,200 - AED 1,600

Location: Dubai
Benefits: Food and accommodation provided

Age Requirement: Below 30 years

Main Responsibilities:

Assist the kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks, such as washing, chopping, and sorting ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area, including washing utensils, cleaning counter tops, and mopping floors.
Support chefs by ensuring that all kitchen stations are organized and fully stocked with necessary ingredients.
Handle kitchen waste and dispose of trash following safety and hygiene guidelines.
Ensure that food storage areas and refrigerators are clean and well organized.
Adhere to food safety standards and regulations while performing all tasks.
Assist with loading and unloading of kitchen supplies and inventory management.

Essential Qualifications:

6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role (home country experience acceptable).
Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, such as standing for long hours and lifting heavy objects.
Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.

Skills Required:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing kitchen demands.
Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff.
Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
Basic cooking knowledge and willingness to learn from experienced kitchen staff.
Good time management skills to ensure that tasks are completed promptly and efficiently.
